YOU MUST hold a Federal Explosive License (FEL) Type 20 – Manufacturer of High Explosives to purchase this item. Each rocket is considered a destructive device so if you are not also a Dealer or Manufacturer of Destructive Devices (FFL 09 or FFL 10), then you must pay $200 per item transfer fee for a total of $1,200 in Form 4 fees. If are you an FFL 09 or FFL 10, then we can quickly transfer these under an eForm 3 for zero transfer fees.

These rockets are rated for 1,000 meters. They are INERT training rockets, which means there is no explosive material in the rocket, however they are considered an restricted item requiring a FEL Type 20.
